Reports ro: - Head HR of that particular group.
Role: - The profile is into hardcore compensation benchmarking, compensation benefits & sales incentive structuring with one of the companies of the group.
Responsibilities: -
  • Ongoing improvement in Compensation-related processes maintained in MS Excel.
  • Handling the entire Performance Management Cycle including Annual & Half-Yearly Performance Appraisal, and identifying scope for enhancing the same.
  • Annual Salary Revision based on Market & Merit Increase.
  • Understanding the market trends on the overall percentage increase, variable pay percentage.
  • Preparing the new variable pay structure based on existing structure, new fixed to variable ratio decided by management.
  • Preparing new increment grids for increments based on the previous increment grids, market trends & company budget constraints.
  • Proposal of new compensation structure to have more tax friendly structure also with less administration cost.
  • Continuous comparison between compensation proposal with the company budget with respect to volume or cost variance, and highlighting the same to the management.
