Ongoing improvement in Compensation-related processes maintained in MS Excel.
Handling the entire Performance Management Cycle including Annual & Half-Yearly Performance Appraisal, and identifying scope for enhancing the same.
Annual Salary Revision based on Market & Merit Increase.
Understanding the market trends on the overall percentage increase, variable pay percentage.
Preparing the new variable pay structure based on existing structure, new fixed to variable ratio decided by management.
Preparing new increment grids for increments based on the previous increment grids, market trends & company budget constraints.
Proposal of new compensation structure to have more tax friendly structure also with less administration cost.
Continuous comparison between compensation proposal with the company budget with respect to volume or cost variance, and highlighting the same to the management.
