Responsibilities: -
  • Responsible for ensuring that all activities are carried out to departmental standards.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement Program to increase efficiencies and productivity.
  • Accountable to Senior Service Operations Manager.
  • Develop procedures, standards and capabilities which will improve the operational efficiency of the department and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively interface with and build relationships with customer and supplier chain to ensure the needs and issues of the business are properly addressed.
  • Forecast and resource manage through appropriate load drivers, the departmental requirements, to ensure the ability to support the business.
  • Point of escalation for matters relating to Configuration.
  • Update and record department Business Continuity Plans.
  • Will be responsible for making decisions relating to the team and the overall running of the Group.
