Able to look at situation (either from RFI / RFP or unsolicited solution requests) and craft viable solutions.

Able to work / review solutions with solution architects to improve the solutions and craft a "winning solution" (e.g., one that fits situation and market).

Able to generate an appropriate staffing plan for solutions along with helping to generate key unsolicited proposal information.

Strong technical skills in appropriate IM area.

Strong communication skills.

Strong technical writing / solutioning skills in IT (Information Technology).

Can drive unsolicited proposals to appropriate "completion" when required.

Can independently do client / solution research and strongly summarize and communicate that information to L&E team.
