To provide systematic, efficient and accurate MI to senior management, monitoring portfolio delinquency and write-off analysis.

To establish an understanding of the retail banking portfolio, highlight discrepancies / deviations from trends within the delinquency arena and arrive at key solutions in conjunction with the concerned departments.

To manage operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting.
Responsibilities: -
1. Improve Collector Efficiency & Effectiveness

Monitor performance of tele-callers and agencies pan-India on a regular basis.

Closely track the different efficiency and effectiveness indicators for each area.
2. Compilation

Compile reports through the Regional Managers Debt Management.

Compile reports from all areas on the collections efforts through the legal route and track progress on these cases.

Regularly monitor portfolio movements / flows across buckets and identify critical areas.

Implement initiatives to address the critical areas identified above.
3. Projects & Initiatives

Develop and implement projects pan-India to ensure achievement of financial targets.

Track performance of each project till completion in each area, and document the feedback received for future reference.

Provide support for system related projects.
4. Portfolio Analysis

Project delinquency trends during the month and identify critical areas.

Develop benchmarks and targets that co-relate tele-calling and agency performance to delinquency.
5. Compliance

Assist in all internal / external audits being conducted.
6. Co-ordination with Other Departments

Co-ordinate with heads across the country to resolve issues and improve processes leading to an overall increase in the efficiency of collections.

MBA with experience of 4-5 years.

Experience in Collection is a must from a banking arena.
