Job Description:

This Global CRM Center of Excellence (COE) Analyst will focus on the Ultimate Customer Experience offering and take direction from the COE leader, Huub Esten, to develop sales, thought leadership and offer collateral to accelerate global sales.
The resource will develop an Ultimate Customer Experience competence center in Mumbai. In the short term, the resource will be asked to gather project and sales collateral from all over the Capgemini Group, to work on further development of their point of views and to investigate their competitors and in particular their products and people.
Over the long term, the company will offer career development and provide the opportunity to develop an Ultimate Customer Experience practice in India. Consequently, the resource will need to work very independently, have a strong ambition, and be willing to travel internationally.
These tasks require a resource with strong CRM skills as well as fluency in English (oral and written). Candidate should have CRM research and consulting experience.
The COE Analyst must be comfortable using Capgemini's technical tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer and Outlook.

    Candidate Profile:

    Education: - MBA or Master’s Degree required.
    Experience: - 3 years Consulting / Research and KM experience in CRM.
    Skills & Competencies: -

  • Fluent English Communication Skills (Oral, Written & Presentation).

  • Independent - must plan and decide on their own work, develop own plan to meet Executive goals.

  • International work or education experience is preferred.

  • Excellent research skills.

  • Ability to quickly digest and compare / contrast large amounts of written material.

  • Experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, and Web Applications (Internet Explorer), statistical tools.

  • Strong teamwork skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.

  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously balancing project work with high-priority requests.

  • Ability to accept ambiguity.

  • Ability to rapidly assimilate new technology and business functions.

  • Demonstrated project management skills (facilitation, negotiation, follow-up).

  • Understanding of knowledge management principles.

  • Understanding of consulting processes and methods.
