Job Description:

To maintain the leadership position in the areas of IT Infrastructure Services, HCL is looking for young talented management graduates from selected B-schools who intend to make a mark for themselves in the areas of IT services marketing.
The selected candidate shall be part of Global Business Management Group, which is an integral part of Sales & Marketing. You shall be part of the team responsible for generating business and revenue growth by working in tandem with sales teams in US, Europe, APAC and ANZ. As a part of team, your responsibilities entail designing innovative approaches to meet customer outsourcing objectives, integrates solutions in multiple technology areas, and articulate and build customer proposals / propositions.
Your Key Areas of Focus: -
Opportunity Pursuit

  • You would be responsible for complimenting the sales team in driving revenue by helping to qualify accounts, respond to RFP / RFIs, preparing and delivering solution based presentations, business cases and proof of concepts, which meet customer business requirements.

  • You shall be an active participant in the development and execution of the strategy for the opportunity by working on the identification of the milestones and tactics necessary to win the opportunity.

  • You shall anticipate and handle objections during the sales process articulating clear and concise responses while positioning the benefits of the HCL solution v/s competition.

  • You shall be supporting due diligence and contract finalization processes.

  • You shall be responsible for transitioning all information gathered during the sales cycle and the final service plan to the implementation and service delivery team.

  • Some of the above may require travel to onsite customer location for customer interactions.
    Product Management

  • You shall be responsible for propositions development / developing innovative positioning around IT Infrastructure Management Services.

  • You shall be responsible for the research and identification of key industry trends and best practices.

  • You shall participate in Analyst interactions / briefing-sessions for competitive positioning of HCL ISD.

  • You shall be responsible for extracting learnings from HCL existing engagements in a timely fashion and preparing case studies brochure.

  • You shall be responsible for preparing white papers and flyers on the existing propositions and new technology innovations.
