Driving the HR Head role for the circle (Jaipur). Responsible for sourcing, training, PMS, induction and employee engagement across the unit. Would be reporting into the Corporate HR Head at Gurgaon.

Headquartered in London, United Kingdom, it also has significant investments in Europe, India, the Middle East, Russia and Australia. This entity is spear-heading the group's hospitality foray into India with a target of ten hotels functional by 2010. The position is based at its unit in Jaipur.

MBA (HR) with 4-6 years of experience in a generalist role. Well versed with complete hotel operations. Should have worked in luxury / mid-scale / boutique hotels. Strong communication and relationship management skills, high energy, aggressive and driven.
