    Candidate Profile:

    Education & Experience: - Engineering + MBA with 3-8 years of experience.
    Sector / Industry: - Preferably from Financial Services / Telecom / Utilities.
    Languages: - English (possibly German / French / Dutch)
    Essential Skills: -

  • In-depth understanding of BPM concepts.

  • Ability to understand business requirements and propose workflow solutions.

  • As-Is business process mapping, design, modeling, and analysis, To-Be business process architecture.

  • Experience on process modeling / simulation tools: ARIS and/or IBM WBI, Casewise, Popkin, ProVision, Pega PRPC.

  • Project management, stakeholder management, team leading skills.
    Desirable Skills: -

  • Six Sigma, Lean Methodologies, Change Management, Transition Management, Balanced Scorecard.

  • Corporate Modeling, Sensitivity Analysis, Cost / Benefit / ROI Analysis, Benefits Quantification.

  • SIPOC, Visio Process Maps, MS Project.
