Manage the full project implementation cycle for Microsoft Stack.

Managing the principle relationship and customer requirements in enabling the realization of investments.

Need to provide Delivery Assurance for the portfolio of projects in the account.

Its a Techno Managerial role with relationship management.

Provide technical support to the team during and after implementation and ensure a long-lasting professional relationship with customers.

This role will include some travel.

Conduct business analysis, reviews, and proactively plan for various projects.

Work closely with clients from the initial project scoping, training, design, implementation and support activities.

Accept and appropriately resolve customer issues ensuring resolution in a timely manner and in accordance with SLAs.

Accept escalations from more junior staff that require high level technical / functional expertise.

Demonstrate strong communication skills ensuring that verbal and written responses when dealing with internal team members, partners and customers are relevant, clear, complete and logical.

Use sound judgment in the management, escalation.

Maintain high level of domain and technical skill in Microsoft Licensing and Technology roll outs.

Training Facilitation - Consulting to delivery, sales and customers technical skill requirements.

Minimum 5 years experience in implementation of MS technologies.

Knowledge of the business usage of the following Microsoft technologies (is recommended): SQL, Active Directory, IIS, SCCM, SMS, and Exchange.

Prepare documentation such as process flow diagrams and functional program specifications.

Good and proven analytical skills.

Responsible and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Team player yet independent and customer-oriented.

Be required to work and manage multiple projects simultaneously following well-documented and rigid implementation methodologies.

Would have led teams of size around 10-20 across geographies and would be able to manage virtual teams.

Prior experience in managing the portfolio of projects and the P&L for the account on delivery side.

Should be a farmer of the account in terms of new opportunities.
