Should be capable of leading a team of 4 members.

Should be able to manage 2-3 customers individually as a project.

2 years of Java and 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP programming and 3 years of XI.

Should know XI / EAI atleast conceptually.

Be able to do XI / EAI with little training.

Prior experience in technical specifications preparation and unit testing: Should have good experience in the required area. Should have good analytical and deliverables review skills.

He should have Good Knowledge in XI/Netweaver.

Should have done atleast 2 end-to-end implementation project in this area.

Good understanding of ALV report, scripts, forms, module pool programming is a must.

Exposure to BAPI / RFC / ALE preferred.

Should possess an acumen for quality and documentation.

His exposure to ASAP Methodology and implementation and roll out project is required.

Ideally a Senior ABAP consultant with XI background is preferred.

SAP Certification desired.
