Job Description:

Responsibilities: -

  • The Business Analyst position will work on various defined projects in support of the sales region's AEs, VPs and Field Operations Team core objectives and processes to better enable reporting, planning and productivity of our sales organization.

  • This position requires working with multiple people and organizations, within tight deadlines and delivering high quality business scorecards, reports and ensuring process efficiency.

  • Operations Planning: Business insight for Region / Field Ops Team by providing high quality consistent data on a weekly basis.

  • Ensure data accuracy in cooperation with Super Users and AEs / VPs / SVPs for critical field processes.

  • Territory Management: Provide tactical support to the Field Operations Team to continuously improve the territory management for the TSO Regions. Work with CRM Team to create and implement efficient territory rules and grids.

  • CRM & Deal Roadmap: Consolidate and continuously ensure data accuracy.

  • Reporting: Provide operational analysis and dashboard reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in cooperation with the other functions.

  • Pipeline Management: Work with cross-functional team members to ensure ongoing growth and transparency into the pipeline.

  • Lead Management: Cooperate with the inside sales team to manage and supervise the lead flow into the TSO Regions.

  • Field Productivity Tools: Support the development of additional tools to improve AE / VP / Sales Ops efficiency.

  • Own Customer Sat process for TSO.

  • MS Office & MS Excel skills.

  • Understanding of software sales and program management.

  • SAP knowledge.
