Data gathering, data analysis, process analysis and improvement, ownership and support of team deliverables, basic project and stream management.

Working with other Operational Research professionals in modelling complex business problems and acting as specialists in cross-disciplinary project teams.

Developing both thought leadership points-of-view and new service offerings to differentiate us in the marketplace.

A track record of academic achievement (first degree) and ideally a post-graduate qualification in Operational Research / Management Science - Essential.

A proven ability to rigorously analyse complex issues and develop insights and solutions - Essential.

Experience in one of the following areas - economic modelling and business case development; risk modelling; optimisation; simulation; systems dynamics; forecasting - Essential.

An ability to provide creative thinking and innovative methods - Essential.

A strong understanding of business combined with a track record of being part of delivering outstanding results.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with high levels of enthusiasm and a good team player - Essential.

Experience working in a major blue-chip organisation or consultancy company.

Good presentation skills and experience of delivering to Senior Management or even CXO level.

Strong general consulting skills and the ability to overcome internal barriers through the use of drive, determination and influencing skills.

An ability to work in mixed teams of colleagues and senior client executives.

Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Excellent communication skills - fluency in both written and spoken English - Essential.

Prior experience in a consultancy role; a proven track record of successful sales; Experience of people management and management of large work-streams and projects.
