Apply subject matter expertise within AM service line to develop innovative and out-of-box solutions.
Develop optimum outsourcing solution, including: governance structure, delivery model, staffing, service location, service hours, service levels, service level credits/penalties, enabling tools and infrastructure requirements for provisioning services to client, staff transfer requirements and service transition / transformation approach.
Participates in the development of tools to industrialize the solutioning process and to enhance the competitiveness of AM proposals.
Acts as a member of a high-performance organization by engaging in value add activities that leverage the collective capabilities of the team.
Facilitates effective communications with counterparts in local regions, and manages expectations with local bid unit teams.
Arrange internal reviews for the provided solution to confirm in-scope services maps to Capgemini service offerings and capabilities.
Identify and resolve cost issues impacting competitiveness of Capgemini outsourcing solutions.
Ensure all capital and expense associated with Application Management solution components are accurately captured in deal model.
Collaborates with Transition Team to identify approach, timing, staffing levels and other costs associated with transitioning service to Capgemini and for transforming operations into on-going delivery model.
Understands the Complex Deal Economic (Codec) financial modeling tools and is able to accurately complete service tower input sheets.

Mumbai or Bangalore
5+ years of IT experience, preferred exposure to the pre-sales activities for few years and core delivery experience of AM/AD services
Bachelors/Masters in Engineering, PG diploma of Software, MBA
Excellent verbal and writing skills a must, Sales or Marketing capabilities will be added advantage
Worked on responses for RFP and RFI, preferably in outsourcing, AM / AD area
Good understanding of Estimation, various pricing methods and commercial aspects for AM
Good understanding of Service level, service credits/penalties
Exposure to Due-Diligence, portfolio analysis, transition, roll out, refresh processes
Exposure to various quality standards and process frameworks like ISO, CMM, ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean, Sarbanes/Oxley etc
Understanding of various AM offerings like application transformation, application rationalization, mash-up, automation
Good hands on skill on Excel, PowerPoint required
Good understanding of the competitive bidding scenario, the competitors and bench markers
