As a Manager in the Financial Research Group, you will fulfill a key role in the management of mission critical tasks and operations at the firm. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team and will be accountable for Service Delivery parameters. You will be expected to coordinate, prioritize and oversee the work of your team. You will deal extensively with senior managers based in the company's New York office.

Applicants should have a B.Com. or an MBA (Finance) degree. Professional experience with global financial markets as well as with offshore processes will be a decided advantage.
The ideal candidate for Manager - Financial Research will be a motivated and organized individual with exceptional communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and quantitative skills, a rigorous work ethic, strong process management experience, and a genuine interest in finance. A minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 2 years of proven leadership experience is a must. Applicants should have a B.Com. or an MBA (Finance) degree.
