Develop the Research Practice - Build a research team and the research practice for Tholons to ensure new business opportunities are identified and the Advisory and Private Equity Teams are properly supported.

Research - Undertake research activities related to Globalization & Investments. Engagement specific research on client, their business processes, operations, financials and industry, as directed by the supervisor using both internal and external knowledge repository. Development of dossiers on the client, their business operations and the industry they belong to.

Develop Clients - Lead acquisition and delivery.

Deliver Services - Work with the delivery team on client engagements and enhance client relations by providing superior service levels to clients. Preparation of engagement work products and deliverables including presentations and reports as directed. Construction of business / financial models under guidance of the supervisor based on need of engagements.

Develop Services - Define services and document methodologies to ensure consistent and standardized approach. Maintain documentation and ensure quality processes are adhered to.

Manage the Team - People Management and guidance of Junior Research personnel.

Develop & Implement Research Training Program - Implement a systematic Research Training Program and instruct new research personnel and consultants on the Tholons Research Architecture.

Maintain Integrity of Tholons Data Resources - Ensure that the proprietary data resources of Tholons are regularly updated. Must align and monitor the Research Team to ensure that products and deliverables are able to support the initiatives of Tholons.

Identify New Areas of Research - Recognize new areas of studies and specializations which can lead to potential opportunities for the Tholons Consulting Team.
