Job Description:

1. Acquiring new and growing existing relationships; proactively identifying needs of customers through -

  • Business development and deal sourcing from corporate clients (with turnover size of 50 crores to 750 crores). This includes structuring of one-time transactions and to push utilization of regular funds and non-fund based facilities. Also, in liaison with forex / derivative desk to close derivative and forex transactions.

  • Crystallizing value-added deals with clients having high fee potential.

  • Working closely with product groups (trade, cash, investment banking, treasury, liabilities) to maximise cross-sell of banking products to existing clientele.
    2. Credit Analysis and Risk Evaluation through -

  • Financial appraisal of Institutions (existing and prospective clientele) for assessing their credit appetite.

  • Cashflow and security structuring of key financials like term loans, risk participations, acquisition financing, etc.

  • Stipulating covenants, risk triggers and minimum pricing for credit facilities and regularly monitoring the same.

  • Valuation and pricing of asset portfolios purchased and sold to other FIs.

    Candidate Profile:

    Qualifications: - Engineer + MBA from Tier-1 institutes / rank-holder CA with relevant banking experience.
    Experience: - At least 3+ years of experience in Corporate Banking / Emerging Corporate / Wholesale Banking / Mid-Markets / SME. Experience in Banking / Credit would be an added advantage.
    Skills: - The candidate should possess good analytical skills, written communication skills.
    Age: - 28-34 years.
