Employee Relations & Environment Management - To maintain harmonious employee relations, statutory compliances and manage the environment.

P.G. Diploma / Degree in PM & IR, MBA in HR.

8-10 years of experience, preferably in FMCG companies.

Working experience of Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relation & Environment Management, HRIS, Manpower Planning, etc.

Operational knowledge of Beverage Industry / FMCG.
