Responsible for working with clients and to define the scope of the project, clarify the system specification, understand their work practices and the nature of their business.

Responsible for managing the customer accounts in terms of delivery, customer satisfaction, customer reviews, renewals / enhancement of business.

Manage and supervise assigned operations to achieve operational success.

Responsible for aiding the pre-sales team for drafting the proposal.

Responsible for manpower planning / staffing and liaising with the vendors.

Team development - Conduct regular reviews of team members with feedback, complete objectives, performance appraisals on time and nominate to relevant behavioral and technical training programs.
Module Lead Role: -

Provide Technical Leadership for the MetaSolv IPSA component of the OSS/BSS implementation project for Atheeb project in Bangalore (off-shore).

Systems & Solutions Integration knowledge of Service Order Management and Service Activation / Provisioning for all the types of services.

Will report to the Technical Architect and project managers.

Should be ready to travel onsite at KSA.

Strong telecom project delivery background in OSS/BSS implementation from SI perspective - atleast 2-3 Telecom projects across OSS, Service Assurance, Service Fulfillment.

Working knowledge of Metasolv Product (P6 or ASAP or IPSA).

Strong Project management experience (PMP preferrable).

Strong client engagement skills.

Should have managed a large program on on-shore / off-shore delivery model.
Skills (Module Lead)

Telecom project delivery background in OSS Sevice Activation implementation using product like Metasolv IPSA - atleast 2 live client project.

Strong experience in MetaSolv IPSA platforms - Hands-on technical roles.

Strong client engagement skills.

Should have worked on on-shore / off-shore delivery model.

Telecom OSS/BSS background.
