Subsidiary of a Large Diversified Textile / Garment Major

Reports to: - MD - International (Expat/European).
Role: - The plan is to grow this operation two-fold in next 3 years through supervising / guiding the current management of the acquired companies - more M&As and tap synergies within the acquisitions and the Indian operations.
The Incumbent should take independent charge of the finance control and commercial aspects of each of these companies and the international group - synergize where possible and help enhance shareholder value. The company should function as a holding company - and guide / supervise the independent companies / CFOs. He should actively participate in further M&As.

The company is a large INR 2000+ Crore Group - in textiles / garments / retail - rapidly expanding - organically & inorganically - nationally & internationally - to cross INR 5000+ Crore in next two years. It has acquired controlling stake in companies (in Italy & UK) - sales Euro 500 Million - as the core of their European operations / subsidiary.

CA / CPA / MBA of around 45 years of age - should be a strong finance commercial man with hands-on experience in Europe - at a Group level - in a multi-unit, multi-country operation. He must be strong in controls, planning, finance and M&As.
Experience Range: - 20-30 Years.
