9-12 Years of Experience with strong Background on IT Infrastructure Technical Support.

Should have exposure of domains like Network / Security / Messaging / Storage.

Should be able to communicate and present technical solutions effectively.

Knowledge on ITIL / ISO would be added advantage.

Should be able to lead, guide and mentor Technical Team Leads / L3 Resources and interact with Technology Experts from customer side.
