Responsibilities: -

  • Responsible for proposing and designing solutions to meet customer requirements and address complex business / technical process requirements.

  • Ability to drive people to ensure that project deliverables are met and project time is maintained.

  • Responsible for generating installation analysis report and other such documents.

  • Establish and enhance relationship with customers / clients and Principals.

  • Responsible for driving business growth through development activities and addressing opportunities in the region.

  • Through relationship management with partners and principles, you would deliver continuous service and value to customers.

  • Being involved in interaction with customers at the highest level you would be responsible for identifying opportunities and converting the same to business deals.

  • BE / MBA.

  • Knowledge on ITIL / ISO would be added advantage.

  • Should be able to lead, guide and mentor Technical Team Leads / L3 Resources and interact with Technology Experts from customer side.
