The person would be handling requirements of entire Sales organization and would be instrumental in ensuring 50-60 closures every quarter.

Expertise in Entire Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing, Screening, Selection, Hiring, Negotiation, Post-Offer Follow-up.

Ensures recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with organizational policies, and other regulatory requirements.

Making compensation fitments and effectively selling offer to candidates.

Evolve hiring strategies and plan to meet the business requirements.

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years recruiting experience with an MBA in Human Resources from a premier management institute.

He/She should have a good knowledge of the IT industry and talent market.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills, ability to handle pressure, highly motivated and a result-oriented leader with good interpersonal skills, proactive.

Must have extensive experience in front-ending with the management.

Should be an out-of-the-box thinker and a strategist.
