Design, deliver and evaluate interactive learning events focusing on High Potential Development skills training, coaching and action learning.

Assist in identifying learning needs and addressing performance gaps in support of business goals.

Building and sustaining productive relationships with senior management.

Monitor program, assess results and take corrective steps as needed.

Work collaboratively with the other product groups in US and Remote Product Development Centers internationally to design, develop and deliver learnings that promote collaboration amongst HIPOs from various regions. This will include setting-up joint learning events and conferences.

Bachelor’s / Master's degree in related field preferred with a minimum of 10 years experience.

A minimum of 10 years experience in a combination of learning, performance improvement coaching, developmental planning, delivery and facilitation of programs.

Knowledge of performance improvement interventions, coaching support, adult learning principles, accelerated learning and/or interactive learning; group processes; outcomes based evaluation. Ability to design learning events thoroughly and according to project timelines.

Ability to link learning and performance improvement outcomes with business objectives. Ability to design and implement coaching improvement and performance improvement interventions and conduct qualitative outcomes measurements.

Excellent project management skills including planning and execution skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and with minimum supervision.

Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
