Understand user requirements and convert to Siebel Functional design.

Conduct user workshops and design reviews.

Guide technical team on design and application configuration.

Interface with Project Management and customer requirements for managing requirements and customer expectations.

Interface with Integration team and other third party systems to understand requirements and guide design and development.

Assist in development and execution of test plans.

MBA candidates with 6+ years of experience.

Above 6 years experience out of which more than 4 years experience in Siebel application design and implementation.

Should have atleast 1 end-to-end implementation.

Knowledge of business process in at least 1 industry vertical is desired.

Siebel Certification preferred.

Should have good knowledge of Siebel application and industry verticals, integration options and analytics.

Experience of conducting user workshops and training desirable.
