CAG is looking for CA and/or MBA (Finance) with 1 to 5 years of experience.
Typical candidate for Associate position would have 1-2 years of experience of having worked as Analyst in an investment banking firm, some fund, advisory divisions, research divisions, rating companies, or fields related to above mentioned work. Associate should be well-versed with valuation, financial modelling, business plan, etc.
Typical Senior Associate would be working as a team leader and would drive and execute various mandates. Senior Associate would have 3+ years of experience in the field of Financial Restructuring / Recapitalisation / Risk Capital Syndication / M&A Private Equity. He should be well-versed with various technical and regulatory issues related to the above practices. He should have led a team of atleast 2-3 members.
