Supervisory review of research reports, providing India time zone coverage of the Global Research Compliance rolling 24 hour review.

Management of the India chaperone function, including monitoring and documenting Chinese wall crossings, facilitating and chaperoning communication between origination personnel and research analysts, review of pre-deal research, analyze and negotiate syndicate research guidelines and applicable laws and policies regarding dissemination of research in the context of transactions.

Review and approval of employee trading, outside interests and annual analyst disclosures in accordance with applicable laws and policies.

Develop and implement compliance-related policies and procedures, and deliver related training programs in India.

Management professionals with 4-15 years of overall experience, out of which 3-5 years experience in research compliance, legal and compliance or control group within an investment bank.

Preferably already qualified as a supervisory analyst.

Working knowledge of the regional and Indian securities regulation framework.

Excellent communication skills, solution driven, confident, highly motivated and organized team player able to work independently.

Able to perform well under pressure.
