To be responsible for business development in the State with respect to all Asset and Liabilities Products offered by the Group.

To also target Agri PSL deals for the State.

Will be responsible for managing the manpower in State to meet the requirements of the business development and need to plan in advance.

To ensure proper housekeeping in terms of monitoring of credit accounts, audit queries, overdue payments, TOD reporting, etc.

To ensure that proper MIS / Reporting is being done and also to track APR to ensure maximum product penetration per customer.

To ensure that majority of the clients banks with us for Trade / CMS Products, Dividends, Disbursements, Fx, Derivatives, etc.

Will be responsible for geographical penetration and focus to expand business where new branches are being opened in the State.

Will be responsible for proper segmentation industry-wise and target the business potential therein.

Will be responsible for Target Numbers in terms of assets and liabilities size and also in terms of revenue numbers product / region-wise.

To ensure compliance with respect to Internal Audit / process requirements and also responsible for compliance with respect to regulatory guidelines / aspects like KYC, Credit Monitoring, etc.

Will also be responsible for achievement of selling TPP products in the State.

To implement MD’s Vision statement with respect to product mix, focus on liabilities business, TPP, maximum product penetration per customer.

Will be responsible for profit generation of Rs. 25 crores for Karnataka and also Asset base of Rs. 750 crores and Liabilities of Rs. 160 crores.

Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration / Post Graduate Program in Management in any field.

Required skill(s): Handled state business development in a similar role.

Required language(s): English.

At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent.
