Competitive Intelligence: Two services will be provided within CI - firstly, monitoring tier one and tier two competitors globally, and secondly, Indian competitors will be monitored from a local angle. A typical deliverable for the first service would be a competitor profile, listing financials, headcount, governance, SWOT as well as a summary of recent events. The second service will provide regular updates on competitors’ activities in the market as well as their strategic moves. [This will be a CI Service.]

Data Modelling: Pulling and modelling of internal data to support the development and refinement of the firm’s strategy. A typical service would be a comparison of total employee cost in different locations where the company operates. [This would be a GS Service.]

Research: Includes research into companies, industries and customer segments, market trends and issues and technology utilizing a number of sources. Typical work might be the retrieval of information & data from secondary sources such as analyst reports, media or the web on a specific topic or company to populate a pre-defined template. [This would be a Research Service.]
