Job Description:

Role: - The jobholder should have the ability to consistently exceed client expectations and offer high level of customization in a high pressure and time critical environment. The challenge is enhanced in a fiercely competitive market with a zero tolerance for error.
The jobholder must have a thorough understanding of the processes / procedure, be able to manage a large diversified team working in shifts, work in close liaison with the Client Services Team to ensure understanding and delivery of client requirements, know and understand all the legal, regulatory issues of the capital market and complement all this on a daily basis to ensure superior service and flawless execution.
Another key challenge is to develop a relationship with depositories / exchanges / institutional broker’s and tax consultants.
Managing risk through identification and prevention, driving change, introducing new and improved operational tools to enhance efficiency are some other key aspects that the job requires.

The minimum education required is Graduate (in any discipline). MBA would be definitely desirable. The experience required could range between 5-12 years.
