The Manager of CPG Consulting will function as an engagement manager who participates in initial sales pursuit, engagement strategy, engagement delivery and closure.

He/she will analyze the strategic and tactical needs of clients, and develop and manage deliverable solutions to address those needs.

This position will develop and manage a team of business consultants as well as define consulting projects, arrange work, staff teams, achieve profitability goals, develop personnel and ensure client satisfaction.

He/She will be able to sell / deliver engagements in areas like: -
(i) Distribution & Growth Strategy
(ii) Brand Value Analysis
(iii) Inventory Management
(iv) Planning & Forecasting
(v) Customer & Market Strategy Engagements
(vi) Product Quality Analytics
(vii) Warranty Analytics
(viii) Complexity Reduction Strategy
(ix) Contribution Margin Analysis
(x) Price / Value Positioning
(xi) Distribution & Network Modeling Strategy, to list a few.

He/She will be aware of Industry Best Practices & best in class operations strategies in the CPG industry.

At least, 7+ years of professional experience, including 3-5 years in management consulting with a consumer products experience.

MBA from a reputed school.

Excellent judgment combined with solid understanding of current business issues related to the Consumer Products Industry.

Candidate must have experience and demonstrate awareness in the following core CPG functions: Planning & Forecasting, Brand Value Analysis, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Planning, Supplier Management, Customer Fulfillment, Product Profitability Analysis, etc.

Candidates must demonstrate expertise in several of the following areas: Project Management including large scale PMOs, managing team(s) and operational analysis.

A demonstrated track record of successful consulting engagement management experience; including directing other staff members and having a major role in managing and interfacing with senior level client executives in a trusted advisor role.

Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

International exposure is an advantage.
