Own the creation of pre-sales pitch deck.

Modeling of synergies and scenarios pertaining to the merger, acquisition or divestiture.

Support the development of post-merger strategy for integration and divestiture.

Engage on live client engagements following the deal.

Total of 2+ years of experience in financial services.

1+ years of experience in strategy consulting would be preferable.

Demonstrated track record of creating high quality analysis and contributing to client engagements.

High energy individuals with ability to deal with ambiguity.

Superior analytical / problem-solving and communication (both written and oral) skills.

MBA from reputable school.

Exposure to US would be a plus.
