Managing the investment research and advisory team as well as help build the practice.

Managing client relationships and develop new offerings to be taken to the market from the practice.

Successfully initiating, executing and delivering quality investment research and advisory outputs to the discerning global clients including PE/VC firms, HFs, I-Banks, etc.

This includes project scoping, planning delivery, overseeing deliverable preparation and production, and direct & extensive interaction with clients. Key aspect here is take ownership of all the IR clients and work closely with the team to produce impeccable quality outputs.

In addition, Manager will be required to play an active role in team management, process development / improvement, sales initiatives and other organizational improvement goals.

Must have an excellent degree in Finance like MBA (Finance) from IIMs or CA or ICWA or CFA.

Proven project management and people management skills; the manager is expected to nurture and build teams.

About 5-7 years of overall experience related to business analysis and financial research, while working for an I-Bank, PE/VC Fund, Financial Research House, and Management Consulting Company.

Strong command on financial statement analysis, modeling and valuation.

Ability to scope and structure work with a clear visibility of timelines.

Excellent communication and client management skills.

Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic.

Exposure of working in international environment.

Exposure to working in a consulting company, financial house, brokerage firm, business strategy group, Hedge Funds or Private Equity.

Experience of working with globally dispersed project teams, in a matrix organizational set-up.
