Research across sectors in number of areas, predominantly investment research (fundamental, comparative and quantitative), including valuation and financial modeling.

Research on select business research areas such as market size estimation studies, industry analysis, competitive analysis, and detailed company analysis.

Preparation of complete research notes / presentations on companies / sectors / themes as mandated by Capgemini Research Group or external clients.

Assist to scope and structure work deliverables in scheduled timelines and be a part of the team for end-to-end execution of the projects.

Interact with clients with Capgemini or external clients on a regular basis to provide updates and help them develop insights.

Ability to construct models that reflect live business cases and work on large amount of numbers and gather meaningful insights.

A Post Graduate Degree Management in Finance from a premier institute or a CA, CFA (US), ICWA.

About 2-4 years of overall experience related to business analysis and financial research, while working for a financial research house or consulting company.

Strong command on financial statement analysis.

Strong command on financial modeling.

Strong command on conducting valuation.

Ability to scope and structure work with a clear visibility of timelines.

Should have executed at least 2-3 business strategy related projects independently for international clients - Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Brokerage, Banks, etc.

Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic.

Ability to take responsibility of assigned tasks and work with minimum guidance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Expertise in developing and delivering Word and PowerPoint (ppt) based reports.
Desired: -

Exposure of working in international environment.

Exposure to working in a consulting company, financial house, brokerage firms, audit firms, business strategy group, hedge funds or private equity.

Experience of working with globally dispersed project teams, in a matrix organizational set-up.
