Develop and/or manage the creation and commercialization of new knowledge capital, including methodologies, tools, points of view, white papers, case studies, articles for publication, materials for education / learning initiatives, and collaboration vehicles; including managing experts and organizations supporting development {e.g., Accenture Research, Global Talent & Innovation Network (GTIN)}; includes managing intellectual property requirements; includes managing each project against related initiative budget and timeline.

Manage and execute plan for assigned Change Management content area(s) to create, capture, and package corresponding knowledge capital, strategic assets, and learning enablers; includes working with content integrators to package and post materials to knowledge repositories.

Coordinate the mining and evaluation of internal / external sources of knowledge for key Change Management content area(s) and emerging trends (e.g., journals, market research, analyst reports, conference proceedings, etc.)

Full-Time MBA (HR) from Tier-I B-schools.

4-8 years industry exposure, consulting experience would be preferred.
