Develop and build relationships with valuation professionals in the US upto and including valuation partners, principals and directors.

Develop familiarity with and manage the application of US valuation methodologies and techniques in the delivery of products and services.

Participate with US valuation professionals in the development and implementation of new products and services.

Manage and supervise a growing team of valuation professionals in India; facilitating communications between them and their US counterparts.

Develop, monitor and control project plans; scheduling the activities of a growing team of professionals.

Review work products and deliverables, and assist in the quality review of deliverables produced by the valuation team in India.

Conduct project and management review meetings with internal teams.

Participate in recruiting new staff.

Develop, coach and mentor junior and mid-level staff, inculcating the professional services culture.

Monitor the continuing education and training of the team in India, technically and otherwise; and help to keep the team up-to-date with current best practices in the US and globally.

Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or General Business Management; plus an MBA or similar advanced degree; and additional professional certifications such as the CFA will be an advantage.

Require 8-12 years of valuation or corporate finance-specific and/or general financial advisory experience in a professional services or investment banking firm or corporate environment.

Familiarity with US GAAP and Valuation principles regarding business enterprises, intangible assets, and tangible assets is required.

Strong Project & People Management skills, with a focus on human relations, preferably in a professional services environment.

Experience in building and leading growing teams, project management and client relationships, preferably with a cross-border component.

Experience of managing multiple teams and projects concurrently will be an advantage.

Must have the understanding and ability to apply analytical techniques to a wide range of business processes and issues.

Must have a consultative orientation; be creative, innovative and entrepreneurial; and be able to work in a matrixed environment.

Must retain the flexibility to work to a schedule which permits overlap with colleagues in other time zones.

Must have strong communication skills.
