Responsibilities: - M&A Activities.
A. Strategic Acquisitions & JV

  • Targeting firm identification, evaluation and case preparation.

  • Engaging with the I-Bankers and starting the dialogue with the target firm, multiple rounds of information collection to prepare the business case, valuation and the proposition eventually.

  • Discussing with top management and taking sign-off on targets to proceed with deeper level of engagement.

  • Conducting due diligence, analysis, deal structuring, contract creation and discussion, and finally drawing up the integration charter.
    B. Maintaining the Investment Banker Ecosystem

  • Regularly maintaining the relationship with investment bankers across India and Middle East, briefing them on organization priorities and scanning the opportunities with them.
