Ensure Contract Management and Contract Risk Management practice maturity level reaches Level 5.

Act as single point of contact for all contract changes, contract risk and contract issues.

Ensure contract review planner is updated and adhered.

Ensure contract risks are identified and mitigated during contracting (Pre-sales), transition and sustenance.

Carry out monthly / quarterly contract review with LOBs.

Co-ordinate for all contract changes, issues with customer, PMO and LOB for timely resolution.

Ensure contract adherence through internal audit.

Keeps the customer regularly informed of the progress of open contract changes, issues and open risk.

Compliance to business and service delivery as per contract clauses.

Ensure timely contract renewal through benchmarking exercise.

Ensure contractual terms are adhered to with nil financial loss and litigation.

Initiate and drive internal steering committee to resolve internal issues pertaining to policies, processes to ensure timely closure of contract issue, change and risk.

Liaison between finance and legal team of Wipro and customer.

Sound knowledge on Financial Modeling and Costing Structure.

Experience in Corporate Risk Mitigation and Audits is desired.
