Leading global / regional KG initiatives including execution of the re-organization, regional hubbing strategies, regional training, and local / regional published source purchases.

Leading and coordinating their region within the Global KG CDC process. This includes all aspects of Career Development process preparation.

Managing the interface between the offices and the practice areas such that the KG program maintains consistent hiring / outplacement processes within their region and across all three regions.

Providing guidelines on local / regional compensation and bonus indexing - involving Global Services HR on an as-needed basis, performing periodic benchmarking and assuring bonus indexing tailored to local market conditions.

Managing performance of regional KG resources such as Regional Knowledge Coordinators to support regional KG HR processes.
The APAC region would include the Groups' offices in India / Greater China / Melbourne / Singapore / Sydney, etc.

MBA with 10+ years of experience in HR Management or in a line management position managing multi-national teams.

Experience leading regional or global projects specifically focused on HR topics such as Compensation, Career Development, Training & Recruiting.

Ability to communicate precisely and succinctly in English (oral and written). Second language helpful.
