Responsibilities are Indicative but not limited to:-
Business Development – Continuously scouting for new Business opportunities through Networking.
Meeting and discussions with CXO’s at India and global Level. Making presentations to Senior / Top Management CEO’s, Head HR etc., to attract and sell all services provided by Value Consulting.
Understand commercial viability of Business propositions.
Ensure high Level of servicing and fulfilling client requirement. Research and understand Client Business models, researching on potential companies, creating a list of Target companies/competitors areas where relevant candidates can be hired from, and executing the Job requirements given by clients and providing them relevant resumes of candidates interested in the job and ensuring the client hires the candidates referred thereby generating Gross Revenue as Targeted.
Research and Understand the client Business Revenue Model in Industry Sectors assigned allocated.
Hunt and Exhaustively, Search for right candidates through multiple tools.
Understand client requirement and specifications fully.
Interview and Assessment of candidate from client perspective on experience.
Hard and Soft Skills Assessment – like Job Knowledge, relevant experience, Communication skills, Analytical skills. Customer service orientation, leadership skills.
Analyzing business vis-à-vis revenue and profitability.
Managing Team of few people to start off with and ensure excellent Team Management, to enhance performance and Team deliverables. Ensuring Team discipline, Interpersonal skills and Corporate culture is adhered to.
Extensive Knowledge building of self and team, about companies, business models, functionality etc.
