Lead / oversee development and implementation of the all training programs.

Recruit and mentor team members on the subject matter / professional services / research methods, etc.

Demonstrate a very good understanding of the professional services or KPO business.

Develop and implement training programs on research methods and industry knowledge.

Manage internal client satisfaction and feedback process.

Master’s Degree like MBA / CA / CFA / MBE / MFC / MIB, etc.

8-10 years of relevant experience (after PG).

Strong Business Research, Financial Research and Investment Research Skills.

Excellent verbal and writing skills, should have written research reports.

Demonstrated experience with research design and execution.

Strong Financial Analysis Skills.

Knowledge of online databases like Bloomberg, Hoovers, Factiva, OneSource, Thomson, etc., is mandatory.

Managed and mentored teams.

Excellent Relationship Management skills.
