Managing entire gamut of activities under the CEO across the value chain and lead the cross functional team.

Designing internal controls, verification of operational efficiency levels and valuation checks across functions.

Business Analysis - covering Sales, Margins, Operational Parameters, Marketing Efficiency, etc.

Business Intelligence.

Co-ordination with cross-functional teams for Optimization of Business.

Ensure operational efficiency and recommend cost control measures for improvement in bottomline performance.

Program Management and Reviews with Business Heads and MD.

Analysing scope of improvement in existing operational processes on both operational efficiencies and cost reduction parameters and implementing the same.

BE + MBA (Finance) from IIMs or from the top-20 B-schools OR CA.

The person should have experience in Corporate Planning & Stratergy, Risk Management, Valuation, Business Planning and Analysis.

Should have atleast 2 years experience in a similiar profile.

The person should be not more than 30 years of age.
