Education would be from IIT-IIM Institutes. The candidate would be a part of the management team which would consist of members who would have an engineering degree from the top colleges and an MBA degree from the top-10 business schools of India.
They should have an experience of 6+ years in companies which are highly process driven, quality driven by applying quality standards into practice.
Extremely good interpersonal skills in terms of client interface with an attitude of go-getters.
