Managing the documentation aspects of the project including Utilisation Analysis, Billing made to the client, Quality Management (including Audit), Training Manuals, Performance Management & other operational aspects.

Co-ordinating the workflow and ensuring the delivery of the jobs to the client before the deadlines.
