Conduct independent in-depth primary and secondary research on projects in hand.

Ability to construct models that reflect live business cases and work on large amount of numbers and gather meaningful insights.

Ability to work on large amount of data and to derive meaningful insights by use of statistical tools and formulas.

Scope and structure work deliverables in scheduled timelines and be a part of the team for end-to-end execution of the projects.

Take complete ownership of project responsibility.

Interact with clients with Capgemini or external clients on a regular basis to provide updates and help them develop insights.

A graduate or post graduate degree in Management from a premier institute.

Knowledge of SPSS or SAS is mandatory.

About 4 years of overall experience related to statistical research and analysis, while working for a research house, consulting company.

Should have lead a team on atleast 4-5 projects in analyzing data and deriving conclusions and should have interacted with clients directly to provide updates and present the output.

Ability to scope and structure data through a rigorous data management process and maintain clear audit trail.

Excellent understanding of statistical tools / formulas, analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic.

Ability to build business cases and models.

Problem solving skills.

Ability to take responsibility of assigned tasks and work with minimum guidance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong hands on developing and delivering Word and PowerPoint (ppt) based reports.

Experience of working with globally dispersed project teams, in a matrix organizational setup.
