Designing BCP Framework, policies, and procedures

Conducting Business Impact Analysis Exercise defining RTO & RPO requirements

Designing Qualitative and Quantitative Business Impact Analysis Models inline with client requirement

Conducting Risk Assessment covering key BCP/DR related risks

Defining and Establishing BCP Committee, Crisis Management Teams, BC Roles & Responsibilities

Drafting Emergency Response Procedures, Evacuation Plan and Crisis Management Plans

Designing Business Recovery Strategies and Alternative Business Continuity Plans inline with identified BCP risks and exposures

Helping client in conducting BCP Testing exercises defining Testing Objective, Roadmap, Plans and Procedures

Conducting BCP Training Workshops for BCP Team members, general users and Senior Management
Technical Competencies: - Candidate should have: -

Sound general knowledge of Information Technology, preferably in a large organization

Experience in IT Disaster Recovery and Information Technology design, implementation and management

Experience in provision of consulting services to business/IT projects

Demonstrated understanding of Risk management and compliance issues and principles
General Competencies: - Candidate should have: -

Excellent team handling and managing skills

Excellent verbal communications skills and clear English sufficient to conduct business meetings, debriefs, etc.

Capacity to communicate with all levels of management

String influencing skills to ensure commitment to deliverables in spite of time to market and cost reduction pressures

Strong analytical and investigative ability

Demonstrated skills in planning and coordinating activities

Sound documentation skills

Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and customers

Concern for Quality & Standards Preferred

BCP consulting experience

Project management skills and experience

Experience in Financial Services organization

Experience in Implementation and Management of BCP in a large organization

Attended BCP workshops from DRI or similar international organization

Certified ABCP or CBCP from DRI

Exposure to global BCP frameworks, standards and compliance requirements
