    Its an IT Services organization of repute that is currently in an investing and growing phase despite given economic conditions!
     
    Location:
    Delhi
     
    Candidate Profile:
    This person would be the leading the Managed and Remote Services (IT) for the company. Its a very senior role, he would be the face of the organization in front of external clients for managed services. Ideally the person should have 15-20 years of work experience, preferably with a combination of sales and delivery experience, with a well known IT services organization in the area of IT Infrastructure.

    He:
  • Must be able to handle large teams in multiple projects and environments
  • Must be able to provide direction and scalability in growing a small team to a large 500 + support team managing multiple clients and multiple environments
  • Must be able to take number topline and profitability targets
  • Must be able to manage and make capex/opex budgets and understand P&Ls
  • Must have the ability to take on the challenge of growing a small operation into a large multiclient environment
  • Must be hugely motivated and self driven with innovation and leadership qualities
  • Must have excellent in written and oral communication skills
  • Must have good Presentation and negotiations skills
  • Should have good corporate contacts
  • Must be able to perform under pressure
