Job Description:

Responsibilities: - Handling the Payroll Administration of various clients independently, including taxation and reimbursements which includes: -

  • Processing monthly Payroll.

  • Process monthly reimbursements (Medical, LTA, PDA, etc.).

  • Generate various Payroll Reports, viz., Pay Register, Pay Slip, Bank Advice, Summary, PF Statement, ESI Statement, TDS Statement, Profession Tax Statement (state-wise), Loan / Advance Statement, MIS as per requirement.

  • Getting the payroll package designed and updated as per requirement of the clients.

  • Preparation and Issuance of Form 16 along with Form 12BA to the employees as per the Income Tax Act.

  • Preparation and e-filing of Form 24 (Quarterly Income Tax Return) for the clients.

  • Obtained PF registration for various clients after completing necessary documentation and do the required compliances as per the PF Act.

  • Preparation and submission of monthly challans and monthly return of Provident Fund with the PF authorities.

  • Preparation and submission of Annual Provident Fund Return with the PF authorities.

  • Done preparation and submission of monthly challans and submission of Annual Returns of ESIC.

  • Preparation and disbursement of bonus.

  • Maintains leave records and ensure to complete the procedure for availing leave, viz., Privilege Leave, Sick Leave, Casual Leave, Maternity Leave, etc.

  • Reconciliation of salaries, loans, bank statements, reimbursements, etc., and MIS reports as per requirement of the clients.

  • Prepare final settlement of employees on their separation and complete necessary HR formalities.

  • Annual revision and restructuring of salary structure of employees of the clients as per the company policy and keeping in view the present tax laws.
