Liaison with US healthcare facilities, like hospitals and private, state and federal governed insurance companies.

A required number of claims will have to be processed everyday. This has to conform to the set targets on the project that will vary based on business need.

Verbal and written interaction with insurance companies in the US, and US-based Deloitte employees.

Adhering to practice as well as project set quality standard and compliance guidelines.

Should be willing to work late night shifts, or move shifts whenever required.

Should adhere to process requirements on leave and attendance, and ensure no unauthorized absence.

Should be a solid or above average contributor to the team’s performance on productivity and quality.

Should show initiative in improving the process / practice / firm.

Should be a fast-learner, meeting exacting demands of process training, and going live on operations in short time.

Should be open for travel to the US for short periods at a later date, if required.

Not more than 2 years experience can apply for Associate Analyst.

A candidate cannot apply for the Analyst position if he/she does not have a minimum relevant experience of 18 months in US healthcare and a total experience of at least 3 years.

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com. / BCA / B.A. / 3 year diploma courses / polytechnic courses / graduate in Hotel Management / B.Sc., etc.)

B.E. / B.Tech. & MCA candidates with 2 years experience can be considered. B.E. / B.Tech. & MCA Freshers cannot be considered.

MBA would be an added advantage.

Voice-based process and willing to work in night-shifts.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and Internet skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Age should preferably be below 30 years.
