Responsibilities: - As a Practice Manager, the person is responsible for Setting up practice for Networking Solutions and Retail Store Roll-outs for IAS nationally. Job would entail supporting the sales team in their named accounts and the mid-market team for the solutions architecting, submitting techno-commercial proposal, and take it to closure. He will also be responsible for evaluating vendors / partners and working out commercial policy for rendering services in this field. He will create a team structure to run this practice and come out with service delivery models to support the customer requirements.

B.E. / B.Tech. / MBA with total experience of 8-10 years. 6-8 years of techno-commercial experience preferably from networking pre-sales background. Should be able to prepare quality proposals, present the solution to customers and come out with the plan to achieve the G&O given for networking practice.
