Develop insights and strategies on topics of prime concern for Capgemini’s global consulting community.

Interact with the press community to represent Capgemini’s views on major industry happenings.

Participate in international training events to impart industry knowledge to Capgemini consultants.

Assist global consulting project teams as a subject matter expert (SME).

A post graduate degree in management from a premier institute.

3-5 years of work experience in Energy, Utilities, Chemicals-related business analysis or research, while working for a research / consulting house.

Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic.

Strong understanding of issues pertaining to the sector and ability to demystify l aspects.

Ability to build business cases and models and comfort with financial analysis.

Problem solving skills.

Ability to take responsibility of assigned tasks and work with minimum guidance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Expertise in developing and delivering PowerPoint (ppt) based reports.
Desired: -

Exposure of working in international environment, especially Europe.

Experience of working with globally dispersed project teams, in a matrix organizational set-up.
