Job Description:

Role: -
The Senior Manager position is Band 6 profile, and will be handling about 1000+ employees of RBO / BDU / MAS / ADMN / Risk Analytics / TSD / Fincon / Custody and sourcing for Risk Analytics. There will be persons at Band 4/5 reporting into the role.
The AVP position is the Band 7 profile for the same role, and will take care of more than 3000 people. He would be Recruitment Head for couple of verticals.

Role: -

  • Foster a collaborative, customer-centric, high performing work environment.

  • Overall responsibility for Employee Relations, Talent Management (includes Performance Management and Attrition Management areas) functions.

  • Challenge includes managing in a matrixed environment, and aligning complex processes and procedures, often beyond sphere of direct influence.
    Key Responsibilities: -
    Employee Relations

  • Ensure policies provide for fair treatment of employees.

  • Key contributor to the design, and establishment of effective processes to manage employee aspirations and individual concerns, aligned to the business requirements and shared responsibilities / values of the company.

  • Managing performance feedback and coaching processes, recognition and reward programs, communication forums, etc.

  • Advise and support senior managers in their management of supervisors / staff.

  • Focal point in the building of strong VOE processes to ensure management focus on action planning and change efforts.
    Talent Management

  • Drive enhancements in Talent Management Process and outcomes; focus on critical positions and high potential talent.

  • Support training plans targeted to develop productive staff in the most cost effective way, recognizing short term and long term needs of the company - including business change and expansion initiatives.
    Disciplinary Issues

  • Investigate disciplinary matters.

  • Be part of consensus decision, act as neutral party.

  • Ensure that fair and consistent action is taken.
    Administrative

  • Focal point on onboarding processes (includes induction, antecedent checks, etc.), staff Records Management processes, Confirmation & Separation / Settlement processes (includes Exit Interview, intelligence gathering and mining).

  • Policy and procedure resource.

  • Partnership on HR Specialists’ Initiatives - Hiring, Performance Management, Training, Compensation & Benefits Administration.
    Recruitment

  • Handling the hiring activity for the KPO sector which involves sourcing specialized profiles, scheduling interviews, salary discussions, and on-boarding.

    Qualifications & Experience: - MBA from a premier B-school with 5+ years of experience.
    Sr. Manager - 5-6 years post qualification experience.
    AVP - years post qualification experience.
    Knowledge / Experience: -

  • 8+ years post professional qualification as an HR Generalist in diverse settings at professionally managed enterprises, with overall responsibility for the Employee Relations function.

  • Capability for understanding business drivers, and exposure in developing partnership with team members and key stake-holders in an effort to drive a client-oriented mind-set.

  • Orientation to systems / process discipline, and client thinking.
